Разберемся в том, что такое техника безопасности на сварочном участке от экспертов СибСталь: Herman Ginger used Muggy Weld 77 arc rod to repair this cast iron pump base with a Miller AC/DC welding machine at 70 amps, and sent us the photos and testimonial of the repair. He tacked the part together and beveled the area to be welded for netter penetration. The 77 arc rods will work on cast iron, cast steel and mild steel in any combination. Some welders use the 77 as a TIG rod without removing the coating.
Herman wrote; These fantastic testimonials still keep coming! Hello Muggy Weld, I’m certainly not a professional welder. I’m a novice, and novice is giving me a lot of credit. I have a cast-iron stover pump base that was broken into five pieces. I used your 77 arc rods and a Miller AC/DC 225 amp welder. The rods worked perfectly! I welded at 70 amps, easy to strike, and easy to handle. Thank you for such a fabulous welding rod. I highly recommend this rod.
