1. Почему при расточке подача идёт по W ? По Z правильнее. Черновая расточка лишняя, расфрезеровать сразу с припуском под чистовую. А вообще , это всё мелочи — главное в р-р сделать.?

4. Обычная стандартная работа расточника. Заготовка небольшая, работа простенькая.

5. Отверстия надо сначала центровать

6. Скажите! Какой был припуск ,когда только подали деталь на станок ,какой оставили припуск на обработку чистовой оправкой , и сколько времени потратили на всю операцию в реале .Включая все вспомогательные движняки . Спасибо.

7. Я без подставок под деталь бы не поставил бы и всегда ставлю деталь как можно ближе т.к. чем меньше вылет шпинделя, тем меньше будет нагрузка, меньше будет дробить итд!

8. подача шпинделем. не конусит? я, обычно, на длинных проходах столом работаю.
